It is highly influential with visibility globally, which presents the award projects according to the concepts of innovation, leadership and originality in data center industries.
As the leader in data center, eASPNet is the only Taiwanese company nominated for the category of “Improved Data Center Energy Efficiency” with intense competition. The nominees also included IBM, China Light and Power Company, and Shanghai Futures Exchange. This category of “Improved Data Center Energy Efficiency” recognizes the corporate institutions through efficiency measurement, benchmarking and efficiency analysis. The innovation lies on how to develop and formulate the specific requirement of measurement model to validate the improved quality and opportunities of efficiency in addition to introducing new technology and management tactics, energy conservation while maximizing efficiency at the same time.
Notwithstanding that the affiliated company of eASPNet, GCCA, was also nominated and won the category of “Future Thinking &Design Concept awards” in DataDynamics. The two companies are collaborating to implement the true concept of energy conservation and environmental protection into data center by creating the economics of cloud computing.
Meanwhile, eASPNet has recently passed the audit from the international certification body, the British Standards Institution (BSI), and is certified by the “ISO/IEC 27001 information security management system” and “ISO/IEC 27011 increased audit” from NCC with successful introduction of international information and communication security management Scheme. Incidentally, this implies that the information security management system of eASPNET conforms to the rigorous review and certification from the international information security standards. The implementation and certification through information security management system can reduce the legal issues faced by the information security incidents. eASPNet offers a more secure data center environment and cloud services in the market.
