As Thailand continues to accelerate its national digital transformation agenda, enterprises are facing growing demand for secure, reliable, and compliant cloud and AI services. GWS CLOUD ,the Thailand subsidiary of eASPNet, has officially obtained the dSURE Cloud Service Quality Certification issued by the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) of Thailand. Following the certification, GWS CLOUD engaged with depa to discuss the practical adoption of cloud and AI technologies across government agencies and SMEs, providing cloud solutions that meet official certification standards.
The meeting was held between Ms. Nini Wu, CEO of GWS CLOUD, and Dr. Supakorn Siddhichai, SEVP of depa. During the discussion, depa shared Thailand’s policy direction for advancing cloud services and digital applications, including the dSURE Cloud certification framework and the Thailand Digital Catalog procurement mechanism. These initiatives aim to help government agencies and enterprises rapidly adopt compliant digital services. depa also introduced Thailand’s AI transformation initiatives, smart city development plans, and the long-term roadmap for Thailand Digital Valley within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC).
The dSURE Cloud program is a government-led cloud service quality certification in Thailand, under which service providers are evaluated and classified based on multiple criteria such as service standards, data security, and system stability. The assessment process is highly rigorous, and only a limited number of cloud service providers have successfully obtained certification to date. GWS CLOUD is the first Taiwanese cloud service provider to receive this certification. For Taiwanese enterprises operating factories or establishing subsidiaries in Thailand, adopting government-certified cloud services helps reduce operational risks and enhance overall business stability.
With over 25 years of professional data center operations experience and more than 15 years of expertise in cloud services, eASPNet has long supported enterprises in building cloud platforms, and has accumulated extensive experience serving Taiwanese and multinational customers. Through its Thailand operations, GWS CLOUD offers dSURE-certified IaaS cloud services, delivering one-stop solutions that include pre-project consulting, system architecture planning, cloud migration, and cybersecurity advisory services. These services help enterprises adopt cloud architectures while improving system reliability and security resilience. In addition, GWS CLOUD operates GWS e-Pay, a self-service cloud platform that enables users to complete online registration, select virtual machines, and quickly activate cloud services. The platform simplifies pricing processes and accelerates system testing and deployment.
Ms. Nini Wu stated that receiving the dSURE Cloud certification from depa not only affirms the service quality and professional capabilities of GWS CLOUD, but also demonstrates eASPNet International’s continued commitment to the Southeast Asian market and its determination to support Taiwanese enterprises and government organizations in achieving digital transformation.
